We want LinguaBridge Pro to be an easy decision. If it isn't right for you, here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.
If you're not satisfied with LinguaBridge Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment.
Subscription renewals are charged automatically each month. We do not generally refund renewal payments once a new billing period has started, but we review requests case by case — if you forgot to cancel and haven't used Pro features in the new period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we'll work it out.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
You can cancel at any time — no fees, no phone calls:
Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access and license key remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then the extension returns to the free tier.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases where applicable.
